潑婦啼哭怒罵，無理取鬧，可以玩的把戲也就這些。隻要不予理會，她就會自知無趣，停止哭鬧了。
搬弄是非的人造謠中傷，挑撥離間，情形著實令人難堪。但如能泰然處之，謠言也就不攻自破了。
【English Translation】
Wanton tricks of a shrew, such as crying and cursing, are few, if any; so long as you keep her down by doing nothing, she will stop her wildness herself.
Discord brought about by the slanderous might be really embarrassing; but if you handle it with perfect composure the discord will subside itself.
