342. Understand your true self through meditation, and let things go in accord with their natural bent.

就一身了一身者，方能以萬物付萬物；還天下於天下①者，方能出世間於世間。

① 還天下於天下：道家的一種治國理念。典自莊子的“愛以身於為天下，則可以寄天下。
